What is BAS EPSS Solution
Smart BAS EPSS Solution is fully developed by Smart Touch since year 2012. It cater lots of function and features required by construction team to streamline site manpower data collection process.
Smart BAS System provide automated worksite access control system to ensure that only properly registered, authorized to access persons grant entry/exit into the worksite using biometric face verification.
Provide monitor and track the manpower usage under the Contract so as to facilitate the submission of manpower usage data to the SO and BCA through the ePSS.
Track the movement of each worker (general workers, skilled personnel, site management staff and workers entering and exiting the Site at all site accesses, according to the trade type.
It’s Cloud-based system hosted at Amazon Data Center (AWS) and support up to eight modular.

ALGORITHM CHECKSUM
- To ensure NRIC/FIN number is unique and true ID
- Avoid duplication on personnel profile
- Auto validate and classify ID type is NRIC or FIN
- Auto concealing valid ID 2nd to 5th numeric for PDPA compliant. E.g.: GXXXX123P
BLOCK ACCESS
System auto switch worker access right to no access if:
- Work Permit expired Blacklisted
- BCA Approval Status is ‘Rejected’ or ‘Submit for Approval’
- Access Code status is ‘RED’ Antipass back been triggered
REJECTION DATA ENTRY
System will reject and not allow registration if:
- Person NRIC/FIN already exist in the database
- Person NRIC/FIN had been blacklisted
- Wrong Data format or incomplete data
