The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia also known as LHDN Malaysia is one of the main revenue agencies under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Non Acceptance of Manual Form and Payment In LHDN Malaysia

Effective from 1 SEPTEMBER 2019, Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) LDHN Malaysia will no longer accepting any manually submission of Form CP39, CD, Flash Drive and Diskette as well as cash and cheques payment for the Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) from employers at any LHDN Malaysia Branch. This is in line with government’s efforts to increase the usage of online payment services (e-payment)

Employers are required to make MTD payments for their employees online via Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Internet banking, Interbank GIRO Transfer (IBG), or via cheque deposit kiosks at CIMB banks only.

Employers are advised to adhere to this new provision to ensure that the submission of employees’ personal data and MTD payments can be made within the stipulated time to avoid compound for late remittance for LHDN Malaysia.

Submit Your Form and Payment via Online Services for LHDN Malaysia

Employers may only use the e-PCB, e-Data PCB or e-CP39 in LHDN Malaysia methods provided through the ezHasil sub-menu on IRBM’s official portal www.hasil.gov.my for submission of the statement of monthly tax deduction or employees’ MTD data for the month of August 2019 and for subsequent months and no longer need to go for counter service at any LHDN Malaysia Branch.

e-PCB for Tax Deduction Online Payment in LHDN Malaysia

e-PCB System (Scheduler Tax Deduction) LHDN Malaysia was available for employers who do not have a computerised payroll system to calculate and verify STD calculation. 

The system helps employers to store employee information and submit STD payment data to the IRBM on-line in LHDN Malaysia. This time saving system ensure correct and accurate STD calculation.

The e-PCB system for LHDN Malaysia is available for employers who do not have a computerized payroll system to:

-store employee information and PCB / CP38 payments

-calculates PCB on a monthly basis

-ensure the PCB is calculated correctly and accurately

-submit PCB / CP38 payment data online

e CP39 is a new way for employers to submit their employee’s Monthly Tax Deduction (PCB) data and pay online. The use of this system is specific to employers who do not have a computerized payroll system for LHDN Malaysia.

e-Data PCB (Scheduler Tax Deduction Data System) allows employers to check the format and upload the text file of CP39 online without need to go to any LHDN Branch in Malaysia.
