Biometric Fingerprint Access Control – Fingertec F18 is an unique in design of biometric fingerprint reader device with high quality optical sensor which effectively detects cut, swelled, too dry & wet fingers with high speed conversion and classification. This biometric Fingerprint Fingertec F18 has different types of timing zone setting where some employee’s could access the door for 24 x 7 and some employee’s could access only during day time 9am – 6pm and etc, can be control. Door force open & force close can be triggered by Biometric Fingertec F18 to the alarm for security purpose. Besides that, Biometric Fingerprint Device, Fingertec F18 able to work will Access Control System for extra privilege settings for specific area access.
Biometic Fingertec F18 has built-in Proximity card Reader as well. If one employee’s fingerprint has problem or damaged, then the employee can swipt to use either their proximity card or PIN number to access the door and for attendance clocking purpose. This biometric fingerprint reader has built-in controller which can link to the door EM lock (Electro Magnetic Lock) where once, employee’s biometric fingerprint is verified it will send the data or signal to the EM Lock to unlock the door.
This model of biometric fingerprint device just take about one second to verify the employee’s fingerprint, the Date and time as well to stored into the device internal memory. This data can download to the access control software and the employee’s accessed timing can be see in the report. And, this biometric fingerprint clocking data’s can be linked to our Time Management System via built-in Network card to control lateness and Overtime calculation purpose.
Biometric Fingerprint Device, the Fingertec F18 can be used as a standalone door access or can link together with the access control software, to set different access of clocking time for different group of employees. Each employee can be register up to 3 fingerprints and the employee can use either one fingerprint to get access to the door.
